The Third International Colin Wilson Conference will be held this year, between the 1st and 3rd of September, at the Broadway Cinema in Nottingham. Wilson was instrumental in bringing David Lindsay's work to a new audience, but what makes this conference worth mentioning here is a talk to be given by Seán Martin with the intriguing title of "Unknown to the Post Office: fallacies in the work of David Lindsay". There are also talks by Gary Lachman and David Power (both of whom have written on Lindsay), Damon Wilson, Colin Stanley, Paul Weston, Simon Brighton, Dr Vaughan Rapatahana, and George C Poulos, as well as the premiere of a film about Wilson. The previous two conferences had their proceedings published by Cambridge Scholars, so hopefully it will be the same with this one.
